You can select to purchase the cover only, include a high density foam insert, or a pillow insert filled with 100% recycled materials.
If purchasing the cover only, a doona from a department store or op shop, folded to size is a great choice. Otherwise, you can easily fill it with sponge, cushion fillers or even old clothes.
