Delivery


We aim to post the Product to you within 5 business days, at the place requested by you, unless specified in the item description that the order requires a longer time frame for production, ie. Plywood dog beds and houses.

We cannot guarantee any firm delivery date or promise an exact date when you submit your Order. We shall aim to let you know if we expect delays of a reasonable delivery time frame, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Unless otherwise specified, postage will be via standard delivery with Australia Post. This means you grant us 'authority to leave' your order in a suitable, safe place ie. near your front door, carport, front deck etc. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage as soon as possible following delivery.

You understand and agree that authority to leave, gives us and/or our selected postal service/couriers permission to leave the Order at the delivery address specified by you, unattended by the front door/or where applicable, without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. You understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

If you wish for your order to be sent with additional cover, please contact us to add signature on delivery, additional insurance and/or tracking.

Delivery failure: It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially, your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information.

We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we, with our courier, have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault, after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.
