Our Returns Policy

Your happiness is important to us!

Peace of mind returns:

If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. You must contact us with your name and order details before returning any items via email designmydigs@gmail.com.

Once a return has been arranged, send the item to the following address:

We do not cover the postage charge for returned items. We also recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit.

Design My Digs will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items.

Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.

After we have received your item(s) and confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a refund or store credit of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees.


Whilst we inspect each item that we send out to our customers to maintain a high level of quality in our products, should you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we will happily refund you in full or exchange the item.

You will always be refunded by the method of payment used. If you do request a refund we will return the money to you within 7 working days. If you have paid via Paypal your payment will be refunded to your Paypal account, if you have paid via credit card it will be returned to the card used.
